Wine Review:
Chateau Robin Des Moines Saint-Emilion 2015 Cost: $22.49 Alcohol: 13.5% We are big fans of Saint-Emilion wines and this Chateau Robin des Moines Saint-Emilion is a real bargain in its category. Merlot is the dominant grape and provides the red fruit driven taste profile, but the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon provide a great underlying structure. This fifth-Generation producer makes a traditional styled, balanced Bordeaux. Overall, a well-balanced, medium-bodied, slightly earthy wine at a great price. We purchased this bottle at Total Wine in Town & Country.
